Check In:
You are charged a boarding fee for the day you drop off, regardless of the time.  Check out time is 12:00 noon, unless your pet is being bathed or groomed.

Accommodations:
Indoor areas are heated or cooled depending upon the season. All kennels have automatic water systems to keep a constant supply of fresh clean water available for your pet.  All kennels have solid partitions between units.  Outdoor portions of the kennel are covered to provide protection from the elements.

Personal Items:
All personal items arriving with your pet should be clearly labeled with your pet's name.  Dog's Day Out is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Potty Times:
Potty times are 15 to 20 minutes. We have 14 large separate yard areas for pets to play  in.

TLC Time:
Dog's Day Out offers Tender Loving Care time at $10 for every 15 minutes.  This playtime is different than the traditional potty time that your pet gets with their boarding.  This playtime is one-on-one time between your pet and a staff member.  Here are a few examples of TLC Time:  lap time, tote-around time, ball play time, rub time, tag & chase time, and frisbee play.

Pool Time:
There's a lot of splashing going on at Dog's Day Out in Humble!  Why is this so exciting?  Not only can your pet enjoy cooling off during hot summer days, but they can also reap the health benefits.  Swimming is just as good for our furry friends as it is for us.
